Kimberly Kupps (real name: Theresa Taylor) and her husband Warren Taylor have been arrested on obscenity charges in Polk County, Florida on Friday, June 3rd, 2011.

According to the arrest report, a deputy spent three months investigating porn videos the couple made at home and sold online via their amateur web site, kimberlykupps.com. The deputy paid the initial $19.95 membership fee to her website, then he downloaded six videos, burned them to CDs and allowed County Judge Reinaldo Ojeda to review them. I wonder how many times those two jacked off before Judge Ojeda decided to rule that the videos were obscene material under state law.

Kupps was released Saturday night on $7500 bail. Her husband remains jailed.

It's good to see that our tax payer money is being used to arrest a 55 year old porn star who is making videos out of her home with her middle-aged husband and selling the content to adults.

Okay, I've heard of distracted driving before, but this is ridiciulous.

A 36 year old Cincinnati motorist was arrested for masturbating with a vibrator while driving. Apparently she was watching a porno on a laptop computer that the passenger was holding.

I'm going to assume we're all sane people here and can't fathom why she was masturbating while driving, so I'm going to ask the next obvious question.

What the fuck was the passenger doing? If they were sexual partners, you'd think he or she could have "lent a hand" to make things a little easier for the driver. If they weren't sexual partners, then well, shit. I'm just flabbergasted. Apparently the next time I'm offered a ride with someone, I need to understand my duties as a passenger may involve more than just help with the navigation.

We're living in crazy times when a woman whose only crime is tax evasion, can actually lose her child simply because her ex-husband, the child's father, is married to a powerful Hollywood actress, and because the mother is Janine, a porn star.

Sandra Bullock lured Jesse James away from his 7-month pregnant wife, Janine, but because Janine is in the adult industry, no one seemed to be disgusted by the "other woman" who swooped in to break apart a family with a child on the way. Nope, that seemed totally cool in the media's eyes.

Now, without any evidence whatsoever, Janine is being accused of doing drugs and exposing her child to porn, etc. Janine has made it clear that she's been drug-free for ten years and counting. Her daughter Sunny, whom Janine raised completely by herself for the first three years, is five years old. In fact, surprisingly little is mentioned about Jesse James' penchant for riding around with Hell's Angels motorcycle gangs as well as his death-defying TV stunts for media attention.

Of course, Sandra Bullock, who is forty-five years old and probably can't conceive kids of her own, doesn't stand anything to gain from getting custody of her husband's and Janine's child, right?

After seven years together, Tera Patrick and Evan Seinfeld (AKA Spyder Jonez) are officially split. The parting of ways appears to be mutual and congenial. In fact, they will both continue to run Teravision and Iron Cross together. Here's what the former Mr. Patrick had to say about Tera:

Schott, a 24-year-old former Washington State University (WSU) student, got drunk at a local bar in Pullman, then broke into several sororities on the WSU campus on the evening of September 12th, 2007. We reported that Janine was in trouble with the IRS in July. Well, according to MSNBC Janine has pleaded guilty for failure to pay thousands in taxes. She faces fines and possible jail time.

Tony Eveready, the self-ascribed thug of porn, born Duane Moore, has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for illegal possession of guns and drugs as well as parole violations.

In August of 2007, LA police stopped the adult performer for not having plates on his Chrysler sedan, and during a search of the vehicle, they found a loaded semiautomatic, a handgun, a collapsible baton, nearly four grams of cocaine in seven small Ziploc bags and $389 in cash. Eveready reportedly told police that he sells the drugs to help pay the bills when his porn work is slow. Eveready was also reported to have told the arresting officers the guns were props for an adult film.

Janine Lindemulder, ex-wife of motorcycle fabricator-turned TV celebrity, Jesse James, is being charged with not paying her income taxes under the married name of 'Janine Marie James'. The IRS claims Janine owes $79,136 on her 2004 taxable income of $350,101, which was due April 15th, 2005. Oopsy. Four days ago she waived her right to trial by a district judge in order to go before a magistrate judge, scheduled for September 16th.
