Kimberly Kupps (real name: Theresa Taylor) and her husband Warren Taylor have been arrested on obscenity charges in Polk County, Florida on Friday, June 3rd, 2011.
According to the arrest report, a deputy spent three months investigating porn videos the couple made at home and sold online via their amateur web site, kimberlykupps.com. The deputy paid the initial $19.95 membership fee to her website, then he downloaded six videos, burned them to CDs and allowed County Judge Reinaldo Ojeda to review them. I wonder how many times those two jacked off before Judge Ojeda decided to rule that the videos were obscene material under state law.
Kupps was released Saturday night on $7500 bail. Her husband remains jailed.
It's good to see that our tax payer money is being used to arrest a 55 year old porn star who is making videos out of her home with her middle-aged husband and selling the content to adults.
Paul Little, more conspicuously known as Max Hardcore, has been sentenced to 46 months in prison on federal charges for "distributing obscene videos through the mail and the Internet."
Little was also fined $7,500, the minimum fine allowable by law, while Max World Entertainment was fined $75,000, plus an additional $5,000 in "special assessments". The famous adult director/producer was charged with a total of 10 counts, while his company received an additional 10 counts. US District Judge Susan G. Bucklew has placed Max Hardcore's company on five years probation and has ordered Little to serve a three years probation after his release from prison.
Oh, if you happen to try going to Max Hardcore's web site Maxhardcore.com, you are greeted with a big red "Forfeited" stamp and the following message from our government:
This website has been forfeited to the Unites States Government pursuant to the conviction of Paul F. Little, a.k.a “Max Hardcore” and Max World Entertainment for violations of 18 United States Code § 1461, 1462 and 1465

I grew up with Sesame Street and the Count. This unnecessary censorship has tarnished some of those precious childhood memories. The Count with spiders and cobwebs... slowly, slowly, slowly getting faster...
Is this an example of how censorship does more harm than good? Or do I just have a dirty BLEEPing mind?
So you find yourself at work, bored and horny. But how do you get past those dreaded porn filters or that uptight new manager who likes to walk by your desk and snoop? The director of an art show in Athens, Greece was jailed on charges of obscenity and an attack on national symbols. The material in question was a video of a woman masturbating to the Greek National Anthem by Greek-American artist, Eva Stefani.
According to the article in the Australian newspaper, Perth Now:
After a visitor reported the video to police, Art Athina director, Michalis Argyros, was arrested and charged.
He spent the night behind bars, provoking an outcry from local artists, who mobilized to defend him.
Last week, the Greek court acquitted Argyros on all charges, citing freedom of expression. Apparently, the Greek Orthodox Church and right-wing political parties of Greece actively pursue works of art with even the slightest religious iconography or national symbolism. more >>
