Recently, Wicked Pictures sent us a nice promo package full of goodies to highlight their new feature film, Coming Home, starring their petite contract star Kirsten Price and director-performer Brad Armstrong (yum yum). At their recent Coming Home Party Wicked managed to get full military uniforms for all security personnel, a few Humvees, and a full-sized tank!
Directed by Armstrong with assistant direction from Jessica Drake, Coming Home is a thoughtful examination of the Iraq War and its impact on both those who serve and the loved ones they leave behind. Brian Parsons (Brad Armstrong) is a well-liked auto mechanic whose past enlistment comes back to haunt him as he receives the call to serve in the Iraq War. His girlfriend Sarah (Kirsten Price) is devastated by the news but tries to make the most of their time left together.
After a tearful goodbye, Brian leaves for the Middle East, entrusting his best friend Jimmy (Barrett Blade) to watch over Sarah in his absence. As the days stretch into weeks, and the weeks stretch into months, the only connection Brian has to the world he left behind is found in the letters he and Sarah share. But in an ironic and cruel twist of fate, it is a letter that changes all of their lives forever...
Featuring an unexpected twist ending that is guaranteed to shock audiences, Coming Home dares to be the rarest of things -- an adult film that is both a great piece of erotica and a great movie.
The package included a 100 cartridge .50 cal ammo box (unfortunately sans ammo), a camouflage cap with the "Coming Home" logo embroidered on the front (which I might add looks super cute on me). The note pad is great because I can put my chicken scratch all over it instead of the dozens of post-it notes all over my desk. Pictured below the ammo case is a Velcro-secured, camouflage luggage tag / identifier. Of course they also sent the collector's 2-disc DVD set with audio commentary, bonus sex scenes, the "making of Coming Home", 3 great themed postcards and much more.
