Now that she has all of four adult films out, adult performer Kimmy Thai says she can no longer get off to porn. Before entering the industry, the 20-year-old newcummer used to love watching porn with her boyfriend: I used to watch porn and copy what they were doing in the movie with my boyfriend. Awe, how heartwarming, so what gives Ms. Thai? Now that I know how porn is made, it killed it for me. Watching [porn] doesn’t get me off anymore, because I know it’s not real.
I really like girls in my personal sex life, so I was all excited about fucking girls on camera, but in the middle of a scene, just when I was getting into it, they keep yelling cut, and I’m like, ‘Why? Just let me fuck her!’ But you can’t just do anything you want when you’re shooting a porn scene. This is no new revelation for us as we understand directors often have to move limbs and bark out fuck position changes in order to make the sexiest possible cut for the viewer's fantasy. There are hot spot lights on you, lots of people coming and going on the set and other distractions. Very rarely do performers get to fuck in a nice soft bed, often finding themselves on hard surfaces in awkward positions.
This was all news to the young Kimmy Thai, who only saw porn for the fantasy aspects presented to viewers. Yet, before she entered the adult industry, and even before her shared viewings with the beau, she admits to sneak peaking her mom's collection: When I was little, I would take my mom’s porn movies and watch them. That’s how I first began to realize that I liked girls, because the girls in the video would turn me on more than the guys. Given that only recently a large number of straight male performers have become reasonably attractive, it's no wonder the young Thai was more interested in the ladies. If I had to choose between a post-80's Ron Jeremy and pretty much any female porn star, I think I'd go lesbo too. Additionally, most straight porn is set up to make you lust after the female performers as the males are primarily there to provide the "stunt dick".
