 Only this time, porn star legend Janine has aroused the wrath of the taxman.
Janine Lindemulder, ex-wife of motorcycle fabricator-turned TV celebrity, Jesse James, is being charged with not paying her income taxes under the married name of 'Janine Marie James'. The IRS claims Janine owes $79,136 on her 2004 taxable income of $350,101, which was due April 15th, 2005. Oopsy. Four days ago she waived her right to trial by a district judge in order to go before a magistrate judge, scheduled for September 16th.
The thirty-nine year old mother of two is currently retired from performing in adult films, but we wish her the best of luck facing Uncle Sam!
