If your sex life is on the rocks, then twenty-five tips from five female 'sexperts' probably won't solve all your problems, but at least it will make for an interesting read. The doctors and therapists who contributed to the list recommend various instructional sex tapes and books, but we all know watching porn is the best way to learn how to have hot sex. Porn stars do it for a living, some daily, and they have many different partners and technique-learning opportunities, so who best to teach us how to fuck like a champ than a champ-fucker?
My favorite tip is #23 from Dr Catherine Hood, a physician specializing in psycho-sexual health who also happens to be a presenter of the 21st Century Girls' Guide To Sex on Five Life (Brit TV).
Dream on - there's no harm in thinking about someone else when you're having sex. You're using it to enhance your sexual experience and it can help to keep your mind on the job, especially if you're tired or feeling stressed at work.

Now if you're porking a porker who has seen better days, or perhaps the porker is you, there's tip #3 from Dr Petra Boynton, a lecturer and sex researcher at University College London, who also happens to be an award-winning agony aunt.
Poor body image is a cause of women's sexual problems. Build your confidence and you'll feel more like being intimate. Try taking classes on assertiveness, drama or dance.
Translation: hit the gym. No joke, it definitely improved my own sex life. Stretching and exercising the body makes for some athleticism in the sack. Not to mention, a little less sag can go a long way on the ole' self esteem.
Finally, there's the big O, which Sara Nasserzadeh, an award winning certified psycho-sexual therapist and couples counselor, reminds us is still a gray area of debate.
Orgasm is an experience - not a goal. Many couples come to me disappointed they can't reach orgasm together. It's not the same experience for men and women. Clitoral stimulation leads to a sharp, intense orgasm - like a man's - but with penetrative sex women may be able to reach multiple, less intense orgasms.
Personally, I like both types, but if I have to choose, clitoral wins every time. There's no substitute for mind-blowing orgasm. But every woman has her own preferences, which could change depending on time of month and situation, so damn it, ask her flat out. And if you are the woman, there's tip #6 ladies, tip #6!
Dare to ask for what you want - but not when you're having sex. You might laugh, but I have manuals to give to couples on when to talk about sex. Choose a time when you're both relaxed, not hungry and never be critical while you're actually having sex.
